Second post in the series of posts on Tie ISB Connect 2008 Jumpstart learnings. Some of the interesting points Sateesh Andra from DFJ ventures had to say about “Spirit of Entrepreneurship.”

  • Every morning if you wake up excited about an idea, then its an indication that you are getting passionate about the idea and its not just a passing thought.
  • Have to believe in your gut instinct and don’t get bogged down by over analysis.
  • See if your idea is a pain killer or vitamin.
  • Whether to go for VC funding or not – one of the points to consider is what’s the kind of competition existing in the market that you want to enter.
  • Hear what your customers have to say but use your judgment.
